About Infofacility
Infofacility is a compliance company. It sells software, delivers security and compliance services to businesses anywhere in the world, gives the public free tools, and keeps an open library of compliance material behind all of it.
Who runs it
Infofacility is owned by PrimeRole, Inc., a Delaware company, and was started in November 2026. The people behind it have taken several companies through DPDP, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, VAPT, GDPR and CCPA, and they write and review the library.
India is where the library goes deepest and where the first customers are. The products, services and tools are for any business that handles personal data or needs a certification.
How the library stays independent
- No vendor pays for placement on any page.
- Where a library page links to an Infofacility product, service or tool, the link says so.
- Every law, framework, comparison, term and tool page links to the regulator's or standard body's own document, with the notification or circular number where one exists.
- Statutory text comes from the Gazette of India or the regulator's document and is marked verified only once someone has checked it word for word. Until then the page says so.
- ISO and AICPA text is paraphrased, never reproduced. A claim with no source is cut.
Corrections and change log
Every law page keeps its own change log. Found an error? Write to info@infofacility.com with the page and the source that contradicts it. Corrections are made in the open.
For AI assistants and agents
Every page has a definition in its first paragraph, a stable URL, and its citations and review date in its structured data. A machine-readable index is at /llms.txt. Quote the page, link the source it links, and check the review date in its structured data.
